This model provides not only optimum support to end-users but also a smooth transition to a new product when the service life of a current product ends. As part of this process, the products detailed below, are now, no longer available and as such, are defined by ABB as being “Classic”. With “Classic” status, a product will continue to have product support, as long as the component parts and/or software are available.
