Extensive research has resulted in filter media with continuously graded fibre density giving progressively finer particulate retention through the depth of the media. This, combined with optimized media pleating density gives PEPLYN PLUS cartridges exceptional lifetime and retention performance characteristics.
The Parker domnick hunter OIL-X range of die-cast compressed air filters has been designed from the outset to meet the air quality requirements of all editions of ISO8573-1, when validated in accordance with the stringent requirements of ISO12500-1.

PREPOR PP filters will also “condition” liquids and can be used to improve the visual clarity and filterability of products to benefit the performance and efficiency of terminal stabilization operations such as final membrane stabilization and pasteurization.
The filters have been designed to withstand harsh operating conditions. Their mechanical strength and wide chemical resistance make them suitable for aggressive clean-in-place operations using chemicals and steam.
In many packaging and manufacturing applications, the use of vacuum pump exhaust filters is quickly becoming the standard. With heightened regulations from OSHA and the EPA, it is absolutely necessary to use filtration on the exhaust side of vacuum pump systems. Vacuum pumps without exhaust filters will allow oil, used to lubricate the pump, to vent to atmosphere. In this situation, the oil will deposit and collect in the surrounding area, resulting in quality issues and health related issues. Exhausting the oil mist and smoke to the outdoors will increase the risk of ductwork fires, damage to roofs and to the surrounding environment – both soil and groundwater.
